Pure Cleaning for Maximum Safety
Oxygen clean
Contaminants such as grease and dirt can increase the risk of self-ignition or explosions in production processes, especially when in contact with gaseous (GOX) or liquid oxygen (LOX). To minimize these risks, components undergo an oxygen clean (O₂ clean) procedure. This treatment significantly reduces the risk of fire caused by contamination. Safety valves, pumps, mechanical seals, shut-off valves and other components used in oxygen environments require specialized cleaning.
O₂ clean room
The O₂ clean room at JD Techniek is specifically designed to clean and keep components free of grease and contamination. In this modern space, filtered air circulation, oil-free compressed air, and special tools ensure optimal cleaning. With slight overpressure and contamination checks under blacklight, in accordance with EIGA guidelines and customer-specific procedures, small to medium-sized components are treated to achieve 100% O₂ cleanliness. After treatment, the components are revised or assembled and securely packaged.
